Questions
What's an "event album"?
An event album is the collection point for one event — a wedding, a party, a trip, a tournament. You name it, share its link with your guests, and every photo or video they capture lands inside it. Most plans are about how many events you can run at once.
What counts as a guest?
Anyone you invite into your event album — whether they captured it live in the app or uploaded from their camera roll via the link. Guests never need an account, and they're free. The guest limit is per event, so it resets with each new event you create.
Why can't I upgrade inside the iPhone app?
The app is free and focused on capturing the event. Plans and billing are handled on the web so we can keep prices honest — no App Store fee built into what you pay. When you're ready to upgrade, the app points you to the web in a tap.
What happens when an event hits its fair-use limit?
The album stops accepting new uploads and goes read-only — nothing you've already collected is touched or deleted. You can free up space, upgrade to a bigger plan, or download what's there. We never hold your event footage hostage.
Do guest uploads count toward my plan?
Yes. Everything that lands in your event album — app captures and link uploads alike — counts toward that event's fair-use allowance. Guests upload for free; the allowance is part of your plan, since it's your event.
Is footage full quality on the free plan?
Yes. Every plan keeps your originals untouched — full resolution, no recompression, HEVC and ProRes included — and you can download them on any plan, free included. Paid plans add bulk download (grab a whole event in one go) and room for bigger events.
How long do my event albums stay live?
On a paid plan, your event albums stay live for as long as you're subscribed — there's no countdown ticking on each one. If you cancel, you get a download window to pull everything out (90 days on Creator, a full year of archive access on Pro). Free albums archive 14 days after the event's last upload.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan on the web whenever you want. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your billing period.
